1. Due to previous experiences of the same people sending in fanmail over and over, each fan now has a "Lifetime Limit". Meaning, you can send the Lights up to 5 fan mails total. After that, they will no longer respond to you. This keeps things fair, so they don't get behind again, and so that everyone gets a chance to talk to them. If it stays quiet, we may up the limit to 10.
2. No more than 1 fan mail per month per person.
3. The Lights humbly request that you check grammar, spelling and punctuation before sending in your Fan Mails. Seiya has spent far too much time attempting to translate things into a more ledgeable manner. From here on out, if letters are too difficult to read, they may be disregarded. If not, they will definitely be heckled. The Lights apologize for the harshness, but a little time in the Word Processer saves them a lot of time. And Seiya will thank you for it!
4. Please do not send in any "In Character" letters - meaning, characters from Sailor Moon or any other Anime. Occasionally, you may see an In Character letter come in, and it has always been pre-arranged between the Lights and that person.
5. As always, anything offensive will be deleted and flames will be duly ignored. Or, if the Lights are really bored, posted and made fun of.
