On February 7th, 2000, one more light went out in the world. With a soft smile, Niiyama Shiho, the lovely voice actress who gave life to our beloved Seiya Kou, succumbed to Kyuusei Hakketsu Byou (a form of leukemia). (Thanks to SOS for the info) What I'd like to do now is make a small shrine where her fans can come and say a small prayer in her honor.
